sliiide ("we", "us", or "the app") is an ice-sliding puzzle game built with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

We aim to collect as little data as possible. Here is what the app may process:

Anonymous analytics

We use TelemetryDeck for privacy-first analytics. TelemetryDeck does not collect personal data, IP addresses, or device identifiers. It generates anonymous usage signals — such as which screens are viewed and which levels are played — that help us improve the game. No consent dialog is required because no personal data is processed.

Crash reports

We use Sentry to collect crash reports and performance data. When the app crashes, Sentry may receive technical information about your device (OS version, device model, stack trace). This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs. Sentry does not receive your name, email, or other personal identifiers.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through their respective payment systems. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data — it does not receive your name, email, or payment details. All billing information is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

sliiide does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data from any user, it is suitable for players of all ages. In-app purchases require authentication through the device's app store, which is subject to parental controls.

5. Data retention

Anonymous analytics signals are retained by TelemetryDeck according to their data retention policy. Crash data in Sentry is automatically deleted after 90 days. Purchase entitlement data is retained by RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide the service.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you have purchased items through the app, you can manage your subscriptions and request refunds directly through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
