Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sliiide ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use sliiide for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content.

2. In-app purchases

sliiide offers optional in-app purchases, including cosmetic items, power-up tokens, and other virtual goods. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their respective refund processes.
  • Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, and functionality of in-app purchases at any time.
  • Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account and may be restored on devices signed into the same account.

3. Game progress and data

Your game progress, level completions, and cosmetic inventory are stored locally on your device. We do not provide cloud saves at this time. Uninstalling the app or switching devices may result in loss of progress. We are not responsible for lost game data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app or its code
  • Use cheats, automation, exploits, or any unauthorised tools to gain unfair advantages
  • Attempt to bypass in-app purchase mechanisms or obtain paid content without proper payment
  • Use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

5. Intellectual property

All content in sliiide — including artwork, animations, level designs, sound effects, music, and the sliiide name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content outside the app without our written permission.

6. Updates and changes

We may release updates that add features, fix bugs, or change game mechanics. Some updates may be required to continue using the app. We may also modify or discontinue features, levels, or the app itself at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

sliiide is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the app is immediately revoked. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will remain in effect.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
